One of my servers pushes 1.3GB/month... that's really not much at todays
speeds... so I run 2 :P
I know that some people are shacked with ridiculous caps on their
connections and couldn't even spare that, but such people are (a) likely
to be on DHCP anyway, and (b) well aware that hosting is not practical
on their connection - so wouldn't try to join.
