Very expensive.  Oh and it does /not/ provide NTP, just SNTP.

The graph in the FAQ is (I think) deliberately misleading. They show the apparent offset of remote NTP servers, and not the actual offset of PCs using those servers as NTP references. People might be mislead into thinking that the plot was how well NTP performs.
