Well, via this I once got a reply from a human, telling me to mail to another address. That returned an RT ticketing system automatic reply, and nothing more for a week. So I replied to that RT message (as it said I could do) and again no reply, but the stream of requests suddenly stopped.

I'm afraid this happened just because of a reboot or something, so probably someone else is now their victim. :-(

I'm a bit disappointed that even in this case, where the IP was quite tracable and not some cable or DSL home user, it still wasn't possible to get in contact with someone. I don't mind serving time to a thousand clients that ask once every 1-15 minutes, but I am a bit worried that by publishing my address in the pool it could be DOS'ed at any time without possible recourse.
