No, only the server admins should put their servers in the pool.
Of course, this is what I mean. But maybe now the admins don't
want to put them
in the pool for everyone to use, and they would have no problem
when the pool was
merely an auto-config for ntp servers for their own clients.
(i.e. they can put their server in a list and it is only given to
their clients, not to
everyone else)
With the bandwidth use for a regular server in the pool being so
minimal, that really seems like a hypothetical situation and not
worth the development time to make it work.
