You lucky little so-and-so's ;). I doubt we will ever see much ADSL2+ in the United States. The "new AT&T" (a perfect example of the saying "the more something changes, the more it stays the same") is rolling out some VDSLxyz2++-- infrastructure but they only plan to offer 6meg/1meg Internet over it because they want to use the rest of the bandwidth to rot subscribers' brains with television streams. Ugh. Ok, enough ranting about that. But yeah, the S518 will not work on an ADSL2+ line, and I don't know of any PCI cards that will. Good luck with everything. Just out of curiosity, what kind of upstream rates do they offer on ADSL2+ lines over in .nl and the other EU countries? I only want to know so I can be appropriately jealous ;).
