Hi! I've recently added to servers and I'm trying to understand the graphs, scores, etc.
At http://www.pool.ntp.org/scores/140.99.51.115 I've seen a recent drop in score, and viewing the CSV file I see: 1190053290,"2007-09-17 18:21:30",0.0182335376739502,1,14.3 1190051736,"2007-09-17 17:55:36",,-5,14 1190050229,"2007-09-17 17:30:29",0.00155305862426758,1,20 The middle line where the step is -5 has nothing for offset, and I'm wondering what that means.
