I've been fetching my server's status log
(http://www.pool.ntp.org/scores/216.46.5.9?log=1) periodically, to
maintain historical data (since the log as fetchable contains only
recent data). I was doing this twice a day; then when the fetchable
logs dropped back to 50 lines of data, I switched to four times a day.
But the fetch attempt of 2007-09-18 00:24 (UTC) failed, returning

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">
<html><head>
<title>502 Proxy Error</title>
</head><body>
<h1>Proxy Error</h1>
<p>The proxy server received an invalid
response from an upstream server.<br />
The proxy server could not handle the request <em><a

<address>Apache/2.0.55 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.0.55 OpenSSL/0.9.7a Server at
www.pool.ntp.org Port 80</address>
</body></html>

I tried fetching manually and got nothing at all before my (wetware)
timer expired; the automated attempt of 06:24 failed as above.

If this is known and being dealt with, don't let me joggle your elbow,
but if not, someone might want to figure out what's broken.

If others aren't seeing this, and the reason I am isn't obvious, I'll
be happy to work with whoever's appropriate to figure out why I'm being
singled out.
