I moved servers a while back ago and transfered the NTP service over to
the new one.  Before shutting it down I took one last snapshot:

You can see where it was removed and the nice little curve it did,
ending at about 300 clients about 5 months afterwards.  Even though the
new server has a new primary IP I transfered that one over, debated
keeping the firewall rule but did eventually remove it since I'm a
security nut.
