How accurate is getting time through phone dialups ?

I have always though I would get more accurate time by connecting through
the net to get time but I never looked into it.

I phone 1-303-499-7111 quite often ( I do not remember the Hawai number
with the lady of the top of my head, but I also use it ) for all kind of
purposes, testing VOIP delays, etc... but never though I could get
accurate time using dialup.
