If only every location had full network peering. *sigh*

Traceroute from me in Phoenix AZ to another server in Phoenix may well
travel through an exchange in Los Angeles or the SF Bay Area, for
instance.

I wonder how feasible it would be to have "regions" in network topology
instead, since that's much more useful.
