I'd advise against automated scripts actually sending out email - the whois 
databases are not that good, and such scripts have a habit of running out 
of control ... 

A script to auto-generate complaints and batch-send them after a quick 
review would be most welcome, though.  No, I haven't done one, but I've 
been thinking along these lines, also for spam reporting.
