For some reason the problem corrected itself. As can be seen on http://www.maasluip.nl/graphs/ntp/ I'm serving ntp since about 2:00 MET in the night from sunday to monday. That was definately a time that I was fast asleep, so what the problem was and what the solution, I don't know.
