I don't think much has changed since the news posting in january.
Yes, you can add them in the pool interface (although I think I had to enter 
the IP instead of the hostname) - however, it will have no effect. There 
still isn't any sort of ipv6 dns entry (at least none I know of), and the 
score for the IPv6 servers is always "0.0" - which is some sort of progress, 
when I added them their score was constantly "-5.0".

Google will turn up some such lists, but none that seems to be complete.
And though you won't find them in any of these lists -  
ntp0.rrze.ipv6.uni-erlangen.de and ntp1.rrze.ipv6.uni-erlangen.de do exist.
