Hum, missed your image for some reason.  You get very pronounced
5-minute spikes in comparison to me.  I think maybe it could be to
do with the whole turk-telecom thing as I'm in europe and I'd guess
you're mainly north-america.  There are also differences as I was only
aggregating up to 10ms.  If I do it in 10second intervals I am closer to
you.
