Hi, I'm kinda new to hosting an NTP-server, so someone shoot me if this is a stupid question; I'm trying to bind NTP to listen on a specific IP - is this possible? I've tried to search, and read around; someone says it's not currently possible, however those posts seems to be way old (2+ years old), while others claims it works just fine using «-L eth1:2». The latter doesn't seem to match what the ntpd(8)-manual says. So; is what I'm asking possible at all? I'm running ntpd version 4.2.4p4 on Debian Lenny, if that should be somewhat relevant.
Thanks for any input. -- Joachim Tingvold [email protected] (Oh, and since this is a public mail-list, I apologize on behalf of Mail.app that it doesn't use «format=flowed» anymore). _______________________________________________ timekeepers mailing list [email protected] https://fortytwo.ch/mailman/cgi-bin/listinfo/timekeepers
