I'm in the midst of a home and job relocation right now, so changing at
this minute wouldn't work for me, but once I get settled in (probably 60
-90 days from now) I could offer a couple of systems that have Mailman
infrastructure and could host the lists.

I'm reading -- the trouble is I don't really have a good answer. :-) I can
easily run the lists (I've been running the perl.org lists for more than 10
years) -- But: then they'd be on the same network and similar infrastructure to
the primary NTP Pool servers; which seems like a bad idea.
