I have a problem about how to build timiditydrv.dll on MSVC
from source code In TiMidityCVS070209 as following:
wndrv/Makefile.am
wndrv/Makefile.in
wndrv/timiwp_timidity.h
wndrv/timiwp_timidity.c
wndrv/mmddk.h
wndrv/timiditydrv.c
wndrv/timiditydrv.def
wndrv/timiditydrv.idl
wndrv/timiditydrv.inf
It seem that In TiMidityCVS070209 have a project file of MSVC but is older
and do not include building timiditydrv.dll.
