It doesn't matter which node it is. I have this effect tested with other nodes
(it's always the fourth).
How can i check running out of memory?

The tinc "server" node is a debian lenny with tinc (from lenny-backports) on
fit-pc2 hardware (1G RAM and enough harddisk space).

i have 1 tinc-node which is reachable from internet.
If more than 3 clients connect to the "master", the fourth client (laptop)
could not connect the master and so on the others.

Does it matter which node is the fourth to connect? If it's always the same
node that fails, there is probably something wrong its public keys (in which
case you should check they are the same on both sides, if not create a new
public/private keypair). If it doesn't matter which node it is, but it's always
the fourth, check if you are running out of memory.

PS: i have send this message to the user-list, too.
Is there a site to search/report for bugs in tinc?

You can look through the archive of the mailing list:

http://www.tinc-vpn.org/pipermail/tinc/

Or use one of the better mailing list search engines:

http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/

There is no bug tracker.
