The patch 03-ubuntu-config.patch doesn't work on Debian arm64. It can't find crt1.o because it's looking in "/usr/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/aarch64-linux-gnu". Also, since that stuff is already very hard to understand I think we should be aiming to simplify it rather than add yet more configuration variables with names like SYSINCLUDEPATHS_ADDON.
