Looks like I have a similar problem (on 4.0.0) user admin rights can see everything. User with goup rights user, can see only Partner Menu and Purchase Menu. User without any group definition: can only see the Pertner Menu. I don't find the this access restriction on the menu security interface !!! What's wrong? Is that solved with 4.0.1?
