Dont know if this works for anyone else but, i renamed the "iconv.dll" in c:\windows to "iconvORIG.dll" and copied "iconv.dll" from the "c:\program files\tiny erp client\gtk-2.0\bin" to "c:\windows" and ran tinyerp all seems fine.
