what i did was use 7zip to open the rpm file (archive manager should
also work) and extracted just the init scripts (there should be 2 ->
1. in etc/init.d and 2. in tinyerp-server/bin or usr/bin folder).

Then changed those a bit for our needs(important: remember you have to
give write permission for tinyerp user into /var/run for pid and the
log path if you want to use logs).

NOTE: I did this when latest rpm packages were not available. The best
thing would be to check out tinyforge as Andrew suggested.

PS: It would be better if a LSB complaint script is maintained for
cross distro compatibility.
