Geoff, You may be assured that I have reviewed the literature, and I know what I want to achieve, but I do not wish to prejudice the outcome of the survey by informing the respondents how I would like the results skewing!
My comments regarding being uninformed were directed towards the general potential user base, not the open source community. I am posing my questions of the open source community, because they can provide the informed responses I seek. I am happy to answer your questions, and as you will note from my original post I am happy to provide copies of the finished document. I hope it may be of use to some people. Of course I understand the irritation that some people may have with yet another self-interested party, asking yet another set of questions. Well I am self interested, but I am happy to stand my ground here, and explain why, and answer any questions. This is important to me. I have, personally, put more effort into replying to the communities questions, than the community has in responding to my survey......and I'm fine with that. I appreciate the opportunity to ask for your help, and respect your right - whatever your reasons - to decline. In the meantime if I can persuade a few more people to help me out, then I'm happy. I can see that you are not persuaded by what I have said, but I do thank you for engaging me constructively, and with impeccable good manners. Thanks, Paul Chambers _______________________________________________ Tinyerp-users mailing list http://tiny.be/mailman/listinfo/tinyerp-users
