Sorry if I haven't been rightfully understood.
The things I wanted to points are:
* I think the rc2 is quite stable, not because I can use it but, but
because we have 40 people that are using and testing it everyday since a
few weeks.
* Most of the problems I saw are probably not due to Tiny ERP itselfs
but more the migration scripts (or the migration documentation) or the
installation.
* I also agree that there are still some bugs to find in this release
candidate.
Of course, I may be wrong and my developpers will continue fixing and
analysing all bugs found. (on Tiny ERP or on the migration) But it could
be great if we can separate real bugs and those that appears after a
migration or a bad installation. Because it's very confusing for the
developpers.
So I confirm what I said:
* Not everything is buggy. There may be some, but only a few and quite
difficult to find.
* If lots of bugs appears, that may be not due to Tiny ERP but to the
installation or migration. In that case, it's better to work on
migration than trying to 'fix' things in Tiny ERP.
Can you confirm those points ? Do you have troubles when installing a
new DB ? or only after migration of an old DB ?
PS1: the migration script has been made for 4.0.1 (the latest stable).
So they need adaptations before being used on 4.1.1
PS2: if you installed non common modules, you should wait that we
package all modules for the 4.2.0-rc1. I think they are some bugs
because some modules that have been installed simply don't exist in
4.2.0. As we decided to cut modules between those package in the
installer and those published on TinyERP.com, you should wait that we
release all the others modules.
Thanks,
