On tinyerp.com, module section. You can do manually by creating an
account on the website.
But the easiest way is to install the base_module_publish module.
Then you can commit from your tiny erp installation. (there is a wizard
that does everything). You must first create an account on
tinyerp.com. (not the same as tinyforge nor the forum :( )
Tinyforge is for developing module, not to release them.
