If you still have time after working through all the ideas shown here, I could really use a replication system so that I can work offline on my laptop. When travelling a lot I may want to add new partners or modify partner details, put in a sales order or create an event, BOM or such. Then when back on-line the laptop and server replicate in same way as say Lotus Notes, so that both become updated. It may be necessary to make some accounting functions not available on this basis.
