I can easily do this without a hitch using HTTracker freeware under windows which would everything necessary for the site to run offline. But my indirect point is that the help that is currently put up as two books (which are almost 80% identical in contents) http://tinyerp.org/wiki/index.php/TinyBookEN/HomePage and http://tinyerp.org/edoc/HomePage.html Are both out dated and needs complete rewriting along with screen shots.
