Hello,

The module have been upgraded with 2 new sources:
- New York Federal Reserve Bank
- European Central Bank

The code have also been improved with the ideas of Ferdinand's module,
thanks to him.

Concerning your TVA problem, you probably have an old version of the
4.2 ? This bug is supposed to be resolved in the current 4.2.
