Hi...

I have some queries about CRM, sending mails and reminders.
I am using tiny 4.2. I want to send mails to my partners. I have supplied valid 
email address in my "partner Email" field, I have selected "e-mail" as my 
channel, then clicked on "SEND REMINDER" button beside partner Email..., No 
mails been sent.  I tried also in "partners - MASS MAILING", and just resulted 
to "applicatio error - NO MODULE NAMED TEXT".

Another thing is on SEND REMINDER to the USER responsible to a CASE. As an 
administrator/manager, I clicked on this option to remind the assigned user 
regarding the case. The assigned user did'nt reveive any reminder. 

Last thing is, HOW TO AVOID OPENING CASES CONCURRENTLY between assigned user 
and the Administrator/manager. I think this should be avoided for some 
effeciency issue.
