Actually this is interesting topic - I have found that there is numerous DNS names registered and these aren't just similar domains like "openerpsolutions.com", but exactly the resembles trademarks "openep.*" or "tinyerp.*".
So as I see at the bottom of this page the trademarks belong to Tiny company, but are released at the GPL 2.0 licence, so as to me it at least should belong to Tiny company or be publicly available. But the majority belongs to companies that are not even close to this ERP. In our country the TLD is very close to a trademark, so these domain names could be revoked if they do not belong to the actual trademark owner or allowed by him. So it would be good to hear Fabien's opinion on this.
It's an other product than ours, not related to openerp. Their product is Activant. We do have registered the trademark in the US, so no problem.
-------------------- m2f -------------------- -- http://www.openerp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=23458#23458 -------------------- m2f -------------------- _______________________________________________ Tinyerp-users mailing list http://tiny.be/mailman/listinfo/tinyerp-users
