install the document_ics module and the meetings.ics file should be visable via
ftp.
It was for me though it was completely empty.
The first thing I had to do was:
easy_install vobject.
This filled the meetings.ics file.
However from the Lightening plugin for Thunderbird I could not update or create
events.
In order to do this I had to change the domain of the Meetings Calendar from
[('section_id','=','Calendar')] to [('section_id','=',1)]
