I think you were perfectly right and it seems it has just been corrected on trunk by commit 1829.2.30 by Stephane Wirtel "one filestore per database". Could you confirm it's okay for you? Thank you for the report. I've seen a few other showstoppers myself for the v5 and I'll tell about them very soon.
