I don't really understand your question. Version 5 is still in development, so you can expect continuing errors until the stable production release. If you find this to be a problem, then you should be using the latest 4.2.x release. If you upgraded to the rc3 (which is perhaps alpha or beta quality rather than release candidate quality) then you will probably see different errors.
