http://osc.pragmatictek.com/osc/catalog/tinyerp-syncro.php I don't understand very well why you did it that way but anyway... if you open tinyerp-syncro.php you can see there is an include to configure.php where script can read your database access, so because of that it must be protected. Instructions say thay it must be installed in admin not in catalog and then you have to adapt the tinyerp-syncro.php paths to your shop ones... You have to go up not only tinyerp-syncro file but also the xmlrpc folder that is included on tiny-connector.
