Well, here in Mexico, we paid just 100 dls for each user (outlook, word, excell) because we'd buy a Pack, 1 Dell computer+Office (small bussiness) suite...
The economy is too different than Europa... May be if the plug-ins are 100 euros for excel plug-in, 100 euros for word-plugin and 100 euros por outlook plugin we can buy them... So... i think what outlook plugin is important for the CRM. Here we use the blackberry-outlook sincronization... and is important for us... Well thank por the answer...
