Hi, I am using openerp 5.03 on ubuntu 8.10. Typing "locale" on the linux command line returns "en_AU" and the date command returns the correct date and time for en_AU.
When adding time against a project task the date format of the datetime control is coming up in us format mm/dd/yyyy instead of dd/mm/yyyy and the time is not the local time. Would I be correct in assuming that the datetime control on the project task page is locale aware ? Is setting the locale for the user that the openerp server and web client run under all you have to do to change the locale openerp uses or is there some other setting in openerp ?
