Could you please explain further what information should be typed into the "Action Source" and "Action to Launch" sections?
For my example: I want to add a link on the "partners" list page that will link to the "CRM new outgoing call" page for a selected partner. What object and object name should I use? What action and value should I use? An example of how this works would be great. Thanks for any info.
