Maybe to the Team OPENERP it doesn't interest him to have a partner in
latinoamerica?
I am concerned, he wanted to develop the product for my country and nobody
responds, I have sent 5 mail to Open ER and nobody responds, neither to not
tell US INTEREST:
I worry about this
This is my proposal:
":::Dear Sirs

I have read with a lot of attention the information related to the OpenERP On
Demand Supplier Program.
My company, MIND Information Technologies SpA, of which am its CEO, is met in
the search of a Opensource ERP tool that
allows to offer services on demand in our country CHILE.
Therefore he wanted to know like it is possible to reach a commercial
agreement, like it is formalized that means the one
mentioned agreement and in definitive as it is possible to begin as soon as
possible.
Our company, MIND Information Technologies SpA, residing in Concepción's city,
Chile. South America, we are a small company
of consultancy but with big dreams. In the past we were liederes of the
Localization for the ERP Openbravo, but, with a lot of
pain, we have given ourselves bill that to them it doesn't interest them the
Latin American market and after a great effort to
translate that ERP to a Chilean Spanish language (Latin American) we are to the
drift without any support.
As we are not a company that goes down the arms to the first problem, we begin
a frantic search of a ERP that replaced
Openbravo and we have found that OpenERP completes amply and overcome our
goals.
We have a project that it requires of OpenERP like ERP it bases, directed to
the company Chilean PYMES of the whole spectrum
of the commercial activity, as Services, Trade, Industry.
Therefore as suppliers of the service it interests us to cover the maximum
number of possible areas, having in consideration
that a SME company in Chile not this in the same category (in terms of total
annual sales) that in Europe.
We want to have the exclusivity of the product for Chile and for we offer it
our maximum effort in helping them to provide an in
agreement localization to what they really need our company in Chile, this
means at least:
a) to Translate to a Chilean Spanish; the translations for Spain are a
beginning point but they don't serve us.
b) technician Supports for the modifications that are necessary at level of
work flows.
c) Manuals in Spanish (Latin American)
d) work Platform either if it is opted by Tiny Hosting or for Hosting by On
Demand Supplier.
e) If we chose to have the Hosting in Chile we need them to indicate us which
are the characteristics that you wait to have as for servers and infrastructure
and quality of Datacenter.

This is the first contact, we are very built up hopes for that they accept our
offer and we hope to have a good commercial
association.
Excuse me my poor English.
He greets them sincerely,
