if you are under windows, you must try the next 5.0.0-4 version which must come in some days, we work with some others to build the windows setup with sources under windows, but for the moment, there is an error after we install the build, when we ty to create the database : http://www.openobject.com/forum/post36953.html#36953 for info, you should to upgrade, export database uninstall openerp, clean windows, install openerp with new version, import the database.
