We developed a module for that, account_bankimport. You can easily extend this module with your own filters, to import your transactions.
Maybe you can make such a module for the export too. It will be great, because it's not only Quickbooks and we are thinking of creating such a module. There are plenty financial transactions programs and many formats, so it would be nice to create a frame module where you can put your filter in and it will give you the right output. How sounds that?
