As I've been looking into implementing an ERP system the biggest challenge I'm finding is pulling it all together into a coherent work effort. Just when I think I'm getting on top of it I find I've missed something (and that's for a simple install for my friends 1 person business).
I've been looking for a good general implementation guide for ERP to build on the guidence in the openerp manual. I 've been looking at 'Modern ERP: Select, implement and use today's advanced business systems'.
