Maybe you're looking for Financial Management -> Configuration -> Payment Terms. Once defined you can use those Payment Terms in the Invoice. If you've already done that, once invoices are validated their accounting moves will appear in Financial Management -> Reporting -> Search Entries -> Entry Lines. There you can search by any criteria you desire. Unfortunately, by default "Maturity Date" only appears in the form (not in the list nor the filter/search form). However, you can modify the view to include it.
