Hi.

There appears to be a problem in the module you're installing 
(product_variant_multi). Either, one of menus appears to be pointing to 
non-existing parent (products.menu_products_products) or the dependant module 
(products) is not yet installed (highly unlikely).

To continue check openerp-server.log and locate where things are breaking up 
(should be last line). If you can, go ahead and remove the offending menu from 
the .xml file. Then restart server with --update=all. Alternatively forward the 
offending line to the list for assistance.
