For reference...

Checked the module "Fleet Manager by Sharoon Thomas", and it looks sort of 
"proof of concept". It seems that it has been developed as part of graduation 
paper in high school.

There are lot of objects, a lot more than in ours, so obviously, if you have 
task to store as much information as possible, it will do just right. As I see, 
there is no automation on this information - no reminders on expiring 
insurances and so on.

There is another difference - the module by Thomas is being positioned for 
professional fleet managers, like transport companies.

Our one is intended as quality base module for future developments, so for the 
beginning it suits well the owner of small to medium fleet (you can manage 
information for privately owned cars too). When one wants automate simple 
tasks, for example reminders etc.
Then you can add additional modules upon the need.
