Yes please... write a little how to for us. I'm dealing with UTF-8 and different string code during months. The error is shown when there is no valid characters on any field you try to upload to the shop.
If there is invalid characters, uploading products you obtain junk after document, and downloading products or sales orders, you will obtain Unicode decode error... System works different and shows different errors if you try importing or exporting against a real linux Ubuntu server or agains a linux ubuntu under windows... so, please any little light to solve the problem once a time will be really wellcomed.
