Hi, In version 5, it seems by default a case is in status Open as soon it's created. (In version 4, it was in draft and we had to set it manually to Open).
Does anybody know why it was changed ? Do you know how to change it to make it to draft by default when created ? This is bringing issues. I.e. to have simple rules to send email when a case is open. It doesn't send any email since there is no status change.
