Hello, I have created one object called x_city and created 3 fields in it. x_name, char field x_code, char field x_state_id many2one , res.country.state
then open country state object and add one field x_city_ids, one2many, x_city, x_state_id I can create one2many field. then I open Administration/Customization/User Interface/Views open country state view and added x_city_ids field in state view. Open state view from Partners/Configuration/Localisation/States I got my new field city one2many in form view.
