Hi, sorry for my bad english I configured Fetchmail for use the openerp-mailgate.py for the opening of the CRM cases by receiving a mail, and all works properly.
At this point I wanted to be able to respond by OpenERP (the latest version available on the site) through the interface of the CRM / Case, so I installed the smtpclient module (5.0.1.0). After setup, I was able to check the server and send email but when I try to respond via the button "Send Partner & Historize ", in the server logs a message appears: "ERROR: email_send:" that does not specify either the type of mistake. What I should do?
