Hello, I'm trying to get access to the documents stored by the document management module of openERP using an FTP client.
The OpenERP server is located behind a firewall. The FTP client is accessing from a remote site and the connection cannot be established. Does one knows if the FTP server used by OpenERP is accepting active or passive or both kind of connections?
