Probably you have an older version. Download the latest from http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~openerp-commiter/openobject-addons/trunk-extra-addons/. The easiest way to download is with the command bzr branch http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~openerp-commiter/openobject-addons/trunk-extra-addons. Copy the base_report_unicode folder to your installation. If you need a different font, open base_report_unicode/__init__.py with a text editor and modifiy the font names in that. Also copy your fonts to base_report_unicode/fonts to be sure it'll get registrated.
